I have sang all my life, but I just recently started pursuing music more seriously. About 6 months ago I started working with MECAP Entertainment, and in September I released my first single.

3.What Is Your First Single ? – & What Single Do You Have Out Now if any.
My first single is called “I Just Can’t,” and it is the only one I have out at this time.
4.Who Do You Have On Your Album ?
On my single I have Reggie Griffin on guitar, Bryan Thompson on saxophone, Eric Bobo on bass, and Damon Karl on background vocals.
5.How Did You Get Into The. Music Industry ?
My friend from high school, Skypp, messaged me about his song and we began talking about what I had been doing in music. I told him I had struggled to find the right team to work with and he told me about MECAP. Shortly after that, I spoke with Unlce Jamz and we began working on creating my first single and video.
6.Where Were You Born ? – Where Do You Live Now ?
I am from Indianapolis and that is where i currently live as well.
7.Who Would You Like To Work With That You Haven’t Already ?
I would love to work with Lauryn Hill one day
8. Who Do You Have On Your Albums Right Now ?
Right now I am working on putting out singles and will eventually create an album. With that said, I would love to have some of the other MECAP artists to be featured on my songs as well as other local artists.
9.Who Is Your Favorite Artist You Like Right Now ?
I’m really into H.E.R., Jessie Reyez, and Kehlani right now
10.Who Do You Think Is The Hottest Producer Out ? – What Would You Say To That Producer Re: Why They Should Work With You ?
Pharrell Williams, I think we would enjoy working together because we both have similar mindsets about the language of music and what it should be used for. He has such a creative style and I think he would push me to be a better artist.
11.How Did You Come Up With Your Album Title ?
There is a title I have in mind for the album and it just came to one day. It is a common phrase that I use and it would, in my option, be a great beginning album title. I have not officially decided on a name though, so stay tuned for that!
12.What Is Your Favorite Song On Your Album ?
I’m sure this will become a very difficult question to answer because I know each song will play an important role. However, “I Just Can’t” will always be the first song so it will always be a favorite for me. I have a music video for it as well
13.Which Song On Your Album Means The Most Too You ?
“I Just Can’t” has meant the world to me. The whole creation process was truly amazing. I got to work with some incredibly talented people and together we created a beautiful song. It not only made me a stronger artist it taught me about myself and helped me grow as an individual.

I am an independent artist, but I work with MECAP Entertainment
15.When Is Your Album Release Date ?
There is not a release date at this time.
16.What Cities Do You Plan On Touring ?
At this time I will only be doing shows locally, but I would love to expand that one day and be able to travel the world.

18.What Would You Like To See From The Music Industry Over The Next Year ?
I would love to see mainstream music provide a better message to the world. Right now it seems like there is a lot songs out that aren’t really speaking the truth. I would like to see artists get real and put music out that represents reality, not just fantasy.
19.What Is Your Second Single Going To Be ?
Right now I’m working on writing my second song. It is a lot different from my first single. I wanted to show a different side of my voice. As of right now I have not put anything out about this so once again, stay tuned!
20.If You Could Compare Yourself To An Already Established Artist, Who Would That Be And Why?
If I had to choose a current artist to compare myself to, I would say Kehlani. Her music is very honest and she doesn’t care what others say, she is who she is. I also feel like our style is very similar. Most importantly she is a genuine person who wants to better the world she lives in. and I admire that greatly.
21.What Do You Think Your Listeners Will Get Out Of Your Music ?
Truthfully it is very important to my that my listeners get whatever they need from my music, I don’t want to try and dictate what that will be, but I hope they feel the love and truth i’m sending them because it’s very real.
22.What Were You Thinking About When Your Songs Are Developed ?
“I Just Can’t” was a very deep song for me, it really represented the struggles we face as human beings. This song speaks up against the illusions that as a society we still hold on to. In order to really write this song I really had to dig deep into the ugliness that still goes on in the world. I had to think of those who came before me and struggled greatly, yet found the courage to fight to make this world a better place. It was those people who inspired me and made me want to represent the struggle, but also made me want to represent the conquering spirit of humanity.
23.Who Got You Started In Business ?
Skypp is really who got me started in pursuing music more seriously, He introduced me to Uncle Jamz, who was also very influential in getting me started in this business.
24.What Made You Want To Get Into The Music Business ?
There is no greater feeling than sharing your art with the world, the music industry is an avenue for that.
25.How Does Your Family Feel About Your Music And Your Choice Of Career ?
I am blessed to have an incredibly supportive family. They have been there every step of the way for me and that will never change.

Living in a world where others want to mold me into something that isn’t real.

My main goals are to promote truth and love, to empower people, to break barriers, and to change the world one song at a time.

Anyone and everyone. I don’t want to put any limitations on who is suppose to benefit from my music.
29.How Do You Usually Come Up With Your Songs ?
I write them based on my own experiences. Most of the time ideas just pop into my head, or I am going through something that sparks an idea or emotion that leads to a song.

My goal at this time is to just put good music out there. I would love to see my music do well, but if my songs can impact even one person than I have done my job.
